I offer processing of building permits, building notifications and planning permission or consent. I deal with the relevant building authority and municipality. I process applications, offer to negotiate consents with the owners of neighbouring and affected properties, obtain the necessary statements from affected government authorities and more.

I offer budgets, pricing of construction work in the form of itemized construction budget or itemized budget of sub-construction work. I provide consultancy services.

We offer representation of the investor during inspection of the execution of works and deliveries or during their acceptance from the contractor, in negotiations with the designer and with the relevant state authorities. We will supervise the compliance of the works carried out with the certified project documentation and the conditions of the issued building permit.

I offer consistent construction budgets, construction budgeting, list of works and supplies according to Decree 169/2016, statement of dimensions.

We provide construction supervision, budget control and invoicing for construction work. We offer the services of a health and safety coordinator. We provide contract awarding, selection of construction contractors, cooperation with the designer and building permits. I provide photo documentation during construction and organization of inspection days.

I started from scratch and have been in business for 29 years, 22 of which I had a successful construction company. Today I pass on my experience as a coach, construction consultant and a person who can fix what needs fixing. I still enjoy my work, and more importantly, I find it meaningful.
