I offer preparation of building passport, simplified building documentation, project documentation of the existing condition in the Ústí nad Labem region. The price of the building passport is individual and depends on the size and complexity of the building.

I focus on the passporting of buildings, bridges, footbridges, halls and agricultural facilities. I also prepare evacuation plans and fire safety mapping. If necessary, I also prepare energy labels and provide supporting reports for structural assessment of buildings and their structural repair design.
