Studio Buňka is an independent architectural firm in Prague specializing in wood-frame construction and renovations, operating throughout the Czech Republic. We design but do not build, which allows us to remain objective when selecting a contractor.

When working out the design, we put emphasis on the individual needs of the client, the nature of the site and the feasibility of the chosen solution. We process projects from the initial study to the documentation of the construction execution, including the performance of author's supervision. We specialize in the design of interiors and houses.

We offer design and installation of technical equipment for buildings. We provide heating, ventilation, air conditioning, electricity and plumbing. We provide fire protection, zoning permits, building permits, contractor selection or documentation of the final state.

We offer a complete architect service from the initial consultation to the implementation project, including consultation with the authorities and author's supervision.

I focus on design activities in capital construction, preparation of structural calculations of steel, timber, reinforced concrete and masonry structures including drawings. I also provide expert advice and consultation.

Our team consists of experienced construction budgeters with many years of experience. We deal with the creation of construction budgets for all types of building structures, from new buildings to renovations. We will prepare for you a line item construction budget, statement of work, calculation, blind budget pricing. We use the KROS 4 program for our work.
