In the musculoskeletal care centre Mgr. Tereza Patrovská provides health exercises, massages and manual lymphatic drainage. It also offers pregnancy massages and postnatal exercises.

As a doula I offer professional support during pregnancy, birth and afterwards. I work in Ústí nad Labem, Central Bohemia and Prague. I provide antenatal preparation, lactation counselling, accompaniment to childbirth, rebozo techniques, women's napping and postnatal care. I will support you every step of the way.

I am a 2nd class yoga practitioner focusing on the health aspects of yoga, a practitioner of Dinah Rodriguez Hormonal Yoga Therapy, Mohenjo Yoga for Women, Pregnancy Yoga and Yoni Yoga. I am also a postpartum doula and guide for women on their journey to self.

Thai massages are performed by experienced Filipino masseuse Ruby Robella Pacana Kalach. Mrs. Ruby graduated from the prestigious Philippine massage school Hands of Life School in Olangap and of course has a retraining certificate for the Czech Republic.
