Since 2008 we have been active in the field of mould construction for injection moulding. We provide our customers with design and development of plastic parts and products. We do complete CAE analysis of thermoplastic injection molding.

I design machine structures, single-purpose machines, welding fixtures, positioning equipment, manipulators, building structures and conveyors. I supply 3D prototypes of parts and models, I print from high quality plastic materials. Locksmith shop.

Design of equipment construction (CAD models in ZW3D software), technical calculations, preparation of production documentation, production and assembly, repairs, modifications and renovations, possibility of measuring directly at the customer's site, possibility of supplying only drawing documentation (e.g. DXF for sheet metal cutting, drawings of components, assemblies, etc.)

We are a design office focused mainly on pressure vessel calculations and design. We perform calculations in Visual Vessel Design/PV Elite and production drawings in Inventor. We have over 25 years of experience with pressure vessel design from manufacturing and design organizations.
