The studio began operating independently in the fall of 2016. Its founders are Ing. arch. Štěpán Abt and Ing. arch. Juraj Smoleň. Our core values are, above all, a client-focused approach, personal dedication, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

I am engaged in the design of civil engineering structures. I offer construction documentation, supervision and engineering in construction.

Design firm. Designing of buildings.

We are a design office specializing mainly in the preparation of project documentation for load-bearing structures of buildings. However, we are also happy to provide you with complete delivery of project documentation including project management, coordination of professions and author's supervision.

Studio of authorized architect. I provide all design services: designs and projects of new buildings, renovations and interiors, project consultation and obtaining the necessary permits, surveys, supervision of implementation, approval proceedings, expert and consulting activities.

We provide construction and reconstruction management, construction supervision, project documentation, approvals, etc. We provide building permits, expert opinions and valuation of buildings. We focus on new buildings, reconstructions, repairs of residential buildings, facades and roofs, loft conversions and family houses.

Our team consists of experienced construction budgeters with many years of experience. We deal with the creation of construction budgets for all types of building structures, from new buildings to renovations. We will prepare for you a line item construction budget, statement of work, calculation, blind budget pricing. We use the KROS 4 program for our work.
