Offering property management, maintenance and operations. We provide keeping records of users of residential and non-residential premises, drafting regulations of services related to the use of residential, non-residential and common areas according to the instructions of the owner, control of payment of the given regulations and ensuring the recovery of debts.

We deal with the management of houses and housing stock. We provide construction of apartments in condominiums, single family homes, as well as construction of buildings with rooms not used for living, which we rent to our members.
