We provide free economic, technical and legal advice within the administration. We offer control of management and handling of funds, insurance of common parts of houses and bookkeeping.

We provide building, home and property management.

The Union is an organization that represents member cooperatives in negotiations with the Government, Parliament and other state and non-state bodies and organizations. It is a member of international cooperative organisations and maintains relations with foreign institutions of a similar type.

We offer building housing association services including home management. We provide emergency service, all mandatory inspections according to the applicable ČSN, operation of dedicated technical equipment, accounting of the owners' association or mediation of the sale and purchase of apartments and garages.

We are engaged in the rental and management of our own real estate.

The purpose of the association is to purchase the ownership and subsequent management, maintenance and repairs of the apartment building No. 54 in Smetana Street in Rokycany.
