We are engaged in the management of city-owned properties. We offer residential and non-residential space including townhomes, garage spaces or parking lots. We also provide heat generation and distribution from block and apartment boilers. We also operate a municipal marketplace.

We have been providing comprehensive services in the field of heating and health-technical installations since 1990. We carry out both residential construction and large investment units, central heat sources, heat exchanger stations and industrial buildings.

We mainly deal with the implementation of heat distribution networks and object transfer stations. We also implement other utility networks and earthworks.
