We operate a centre for sport and relaxation. There is a gym, spinning room, sports hall, climbing wall, squash, skittles and an air-conditioned, non-smoking reception with seating and refreshments. We organise exercise classes for parents with children or run yoga classes. Massages are available.

We specialize in teaching junior aerobics to children and young people from 3,5 to 20 years old. We offer evening classes for the public, Aerobic Mix, Power Step, Pilates and Bodyform. We train in a mirrored room which has the advantage of a sports cast floor, spaciousness and airiness.
