We specialize in teaching junior aerobics to children and young people from 3,5 to 20 years old. We offer evening classes for the public, Aerobic Mix, Power Step, Pilates and Bodyform. We train in a mirrored room which has the advantage of a sports cast floor, spaciousness and airiness.

We focus on training competitors in commercial show aerobics, fitness aerobics and sports aerobics. Our activities are filled with music, fun and the joy of movement while developing children's movement skills through a variety of sports.
