I run a fitness centre. I offer fitness, squash, aerobics, zumba, pilates, spinning, hooping and other sports programs. Also provide advice on healthy eating, selling sports equipment and supplements.

We offer aerobics classes for kids, sports aerobics, fitness teams and prep classes for kids 5 and up. We also focus on bosu, bodystyling, zumba, p-class and dance.
