I run a fitness center. I teach taekwon-do, kickboxing, muay thai at competitive and recreational level. I lead fitness classes, circuit training and crosffit. I organize seminars, camps, weekend sports and relaxation events and summer camps.

We offer a revolutionary concept in fitness. Exercise is based on the method of electrical muscle stimulation (EMS), which acts on the body much more effectively than traditional training methods and thus significantly increases and deepens the effectiveness of the exercise - the whole body (up to 90% of the muscles) will be trained within 20 minutes.

I offer personal training sessions tailored especially with your own weight or using balance and other aids to make training functional and fun. I train at Fight&Fitness Metropol or I also offer training at your home if you live in České Budějovice or nearby.
