I am a certified fitness instructor, a graduate of the Bachelor's degree in Recreology in Physical Education and Sport at the Technical University of Liberec and a student of the Master's degree in Coaching and Sport Management.

ONDŘEJ ŘEHÁK STRENGHT AND CONDITIONING I am a coach who goes with the development of the times. I always want to push myself, in terms of education, how to be a better coach or how to improve my services. I believe that a coach must not only be educated, but 50% personal. Empathy, at the same time understanding yourself, adapting the training to your life.
