Garage is a sports and community centre in Chrudim. The multifunctional layout of the space allows for dance classes, group and individual exercise, yoga, fitness, children's parties, lectures and other sports and social activities. We are more than just a gym.

I lead exercise classes on trampolines, overballs and fitballs and aerobics and power step classes. I tailor-make recreational sports programs for clients, focusing on fitness, reconditioning and reduction. I also help with sports preparation for college and high school entrance exams.

My name is Tomáš Kuthan I work in Pardubice and its surroundings in private premises and I am a personal and fitness trainer and nutrition consultant. We also deal with musculoskeletal correction. I am looking forward to cooperation.
