A short, six-minute workout combined with a meal plan will get you in shape. We offer an online exercise program designed for seniors, active people, and professional athletes.

We provide expert services in fitness planning and management. We offer individual attention to each individual and adjust plans based on the current condition and capabilities of the athlete.

Gym, boxing room, group classes and boxing. Our fitness centre is over 550m2 and you can use the gym, boxing room and separate cardio room. All with great views across the fully glazed first floor space.
