We are a triathlon and swimming club for all sporty people who want to take up or are already active in both full triathlon and its individual disciplines.

I create individual training plans to suit everyone's needs. I specialize in endurance outdoor sports: running, cross-country skiing, rollerblading, cycling, triathlon and downhill skiing. I also offer advice on diet.

I work as a personal trainer, nutritionist, sports and fitness specialist. I provide my services to the general population, youth, amateur and professional athletes looking to increase their performance and strength, gain muscle mass, lose excess pounds, prevent injuries, improve their overall health!
