Pilates Reformer is a wonderful form of exercise performed on a special machine that safely guides you through each movement. It uses a system of springs and cables. The machine can either assist you with the movement or, conversely, make it more intense.

Fitness for women with circuit training. Our workout effectively and quickly burns fat and shapes the female figure in as little as 30 minutes twice a week. Any age, weight, fitness and health limitations are not a barrier. All the time you are taken care of by a trainer who will also advise you on your diet.

We are strictly a women's fitness business. You can work out on our PowerPlate and VacuShape. Our group classes are limited to a maximum of 8 people to ensure that each of you is supervised by a trainer and the exercises are done correctly. Plus, you don't have to commit to a membership with us.

Our studio focuses on the health of mothers and their children. We offer exercise and nutrition focused classes to help women stay fit and motivated. We are dedicated to yoga as well as developing healthy eating habits to promote the overall well-being of our clients.
