In the field of sports we offer functional training based on Fascial and TriggerPoint therapy, Tabata and Cross training for all ages. Sports weekends for individuals, families and work teams. Climbing lessons on our artificial climbing wall, all with accommodation and meals tailored to suit.

We combine elements of athletics, gymnastics and weightlifting in our training. We prefer exercises that work multiple muscles at the same time. We focus on complex exercises and versatility. There is no stereotype, every workout is different.
