We operate a gym with ten exercise stations.

We run a fitness centre with a solarium and two squash courts. We also rent a multipurpose hall. We organize pilates, zumba, bodystyling , aerobics, power yoga and children's aerobics classes. Here you will find a Vacushape machine and a Fitvibe vibration platform. We sell sporting goods and dietary supplements.

Our fitness centre offers a wide range of activities for everyone. We have a modern gym with state-of-the-art machines, a cardio zone and rooms for group classes. We also provide nutritional advice and relaxation in the solarium with the option of listening to your own music.

Operation of the indoor swimming pool. There is a Finnish sauna, gym, sports hall, refreshments. Outdoor area, beach-volleyball, children's playground, large grassy area.

Pilates, yoga, the SM System, aerobics, dance, as well as children’s classes and ballet for the youngest kids in Pohořelice. The goal is healthy posture, a strong core, and the joy of movement at every age.

We are a private and elegant EMS studio offering a nice atmosphere with pleasant music and a drink menu before and after the workout with parking right in front of the salon. EMS guarantees activation of almost all muscles at once, including the inner ones. In just 20 minutes it will help to exercise the whole body.
