The athletics stadium is located in Brankovicka Street by the Elbe River. The renovated venue provides two running ovals (300m and 400m). Newly built facilities of changing rooms, showers and high quality athletic tracks and sectors provide athletes with space to perform at their best.

Operation of an ice rink having a small and large hall, hotel and restaurant. Possibility of organizing cultural events. The large hall has a capacity of 4 200 seats, of which 2 200 are for seating.
