We operate ems-šumperk.cz, offering effective workouts that respect your abilities and goals. 20 minutes a week with electromyostimulation (EMS). Individually guided EMS sessions focused on improving fitness and promoting an active lifestyle.

We offer relaxation in Finnish, infrared and steam sauna. For cooling the body there is an indoor pool. You can use cooling showers or a swimming pool. There is also a whirlpool bath. For sporting activities, there is a racquetball court, table tennis tables and a children's play area.
