We run a fitness center. Aerobic, fitness and weight training machines available. All the equipment that is part of the gym is available for rent (e.g. kettlebells, jump ropes, etc. ). By prior arrangement, training under the guidance of a trainer is possible. Separate room for boxing, MMA (including ring).

We operate a sports hall. It is suitable for sports such as floorball, football, badminton and others.

We run a club gym. A monthly flat fee is paid and members have the option to come and train at their own convenience every day. Each member has their own key to the gym.

We operate playgrounds for volleyball, netball, badminton or tennis. We also offer facilities for chess, ping-pong, table football or GeoCaching.

Operation of the airsoft park.

I work as a health coach. I train mostly in group classes. I focus on functional and interval training, Fitdance and rehabilitation method DNS according to prof. Kolar. Newly I organize movement clubs for children within the framework of the nationwide project Children at the Start.
