Forget crowded fitness chains. In my gym in Pankrác I rely on a personal approach and community for men, women, juniors and seniors. An equipped Grün Sport gym, cardio and group classes such as fitness walking on treadmills, pilates or yoga await you. We exercise for the pleasure and health of the body.

We are a club with a very rich history and passion for beach volleyball. We teach beach volleyball from the smallest children to professionals, we organize camps in the Czech Republic and abroad and various tournaments. We also offer the possibility to organize corporate events or other celebrations. So rent a court and come and play.

We run a sports centre for children and adults. We offer tennis, basketball and volleyball courts. You will also find table tennis tables and a mirror gym for 22 exercisers.

Operation of the bike polo field.

Offering yoga, zumba and mix aerobics classes. My workouts include special zumba adapted for children or functional circuit training that combines cardio and weight training. For firming and shaping the figure, bodystyling is a suitable exercise.

We operate multi-purpose sports fields with artificial grass and evening lighting designed mainly for ball games such as handball, football, volleyball, basketball, netball, tennis and others. We have a tennis wall and a climbing wall.

We provide the possibility of renting a large or small sports hall and tennis courts with the possibility of using the sauna. We offer the possibility of indoor soccer, floorball, volleyball, basketball, figure skating, table tennis, etc. We have clubs for bodybuilding, sports gymnastics and many others.

The sports pressurized hall has a floorball court with dimensions of 40x20m and four badminton courts. The hall can also be used for exercise and other sports. The complex includes complete facilities that offer athletes changing rooms and sanitary facilities.
