We offer comprehensive physical training for children from 1.5 years and health and strengthening exercises for adults. Our goal is to provide the basics of various sports and an active lifestyle. We do sports in several locations (Tábor, Roudná, Sobeslav, Chotoviny). Together we want to lead children to the joy of movement.

We offer sports and fitness classes focused on improving physical fitness, technical skills, and active leisure activities. Our services include organizing group and individual lessons, leading training sessions, and implementing programs for everyone.

Our club focuses on volleyball and offers four teams for different age groups. We also organize a suburban volleyball camp and hold regular tournaments. Join us and experience a great atmosphere and fun on the court.
