We run Kango jumps fun exercise. An ideal means of building strength. The essence is a spring in the bottom of the shoe that absorbs up to 80% of the impact when stepped on and reverses to help with rebound. The jumping shoes can be used for running and other aerobic exercises.

The purpose of the association is to bring together those interested in Brazilian jiu-jitsu of all ages, to promote and develop it, to help create favourable conditions for the activities of Brazilian jiu-jitsu, to organise and manage seminars and competitions or to carry out other activities in the interests of its members.

We are a club that boasts a rich tradition and a strong youth base. We offer football training and competitions for children of all ages. Our players participate in district and regional leagues where they achieve great results. We look forward to another successful season and welcome new members.
