We offer intensive catering courses that enable you to obtain an apprenticeship certificate and a professional qualification in the field of gastronomy. Our graduates find employment in hospitality and food preparation. We teach according to the curriculum of the Ministry of Education and provide all teaching aids and cooking clothes.

We offer thematic cooking courses. The courses are designed not only for professionals in the field, but also for the general public. We run courses on the following topics - beef, healthy eating, gluten free diet, Italian cuisine, sushi, freshwater and sea fish.

We offer retraining courses according to the accreditation of the Ministry of Education in the field of gastronomy, cookery courses, cook course with full qualification and with the possibility of a teaching certificate, accounting course on PC.

We advise on Erasmus+ projects and participate in their implementation. We organise internships abroad for students and recent graduates in reputable companies. We organise tailor-made coffee and gastronomy courses focusing on traditional and modern Italian cuisine.

We are engaged in providing comprehensive services to all those in the catering industry. This includes mainly catering staff training, thematic training for chefs, training for operators of catering technologies, auditing services for the catering industry, catering technology supply and compilation.
