We organize gastronomic courses (carving of vegetables, fruits, melons, pumpkins). Sale of special tools: knives, chisels, tools and specialist literature. We arrange orders, demonstrations and competitions. Courses are conducted by the winner of the World Cooking Olympics - IKA2004.

Camp Fuego is the first outdoor cooking school in the Czech Republic. Our kitchen is nature, we don't need stoves or kettles.

We offer courses for the preparation of espresso and other types of coffee on a La Marzocco double lever coffee machine, model GB/5 and on a Mahlkönig K30 grind on demand grinder. We provide courses for cafes, home preparation course, latte art course and barista intermediate.

We organize cooking classes. Possibility to purchase courses online. Our kitchen studio can also be used for private corporate events. Both as a stand alone space and in combination with tutors.

I provide a Japanese cuisine course in which you will learn to prepare three basic types of sushi, or other courses by appointment. I also offer experiential dining at clients' homes (home cook).
