I offer individual art therapy, painting and drawing classes for children, adults and seniors. We also create outdoors in the beautiful countryside in the summer.

I am an internationally certified instructor of the Wim Hof method. Breathing techniques, working with the cold and the mind help us to uncover the hidden potential and tremendous power that is within each of us. The method saved my life and pulled me out of depression. I am happy to set up customized courses for companies and small groups as small as 3 people.
