Our therapy is designed for both children and adults and promotes creativity and inner balance. Creating with us heals the soul and reduces stress.

In our project, we focus on relaxation techniques and mindfulness. We offer freely available meditations and the option to create your own customized ones. We promote calm and stability during difficult times through our meditation series. We offer card readings.

I offer psychological counselling and diagnosis. I use meditation in my psychological practice.
