I offer first aid training. I also organise weight reduction courses. I am a lecturer in the principles of manual handling of loads in the prevention of vertebrogenic diseases, healthy lifestyle, optimal nutrition and more.

We offer personal nutritional counselling. We provide individual programs on healthy weight loss, cleansing and detoxification of the body, prevention - how to stay healthy, sports nutrition, gaining muscle mass, diet modification, digestive problems or special nutrition.
