I am a practitioner of practical Ayurveda (especially for women) and have published three self-published books, Eating to Health. I organize lectures, courses and multi-day retreats.

We are an association that deals with teaching and training first aid. Our aim is to educate the younger population and the general public. To show how important first aid is in life. To outline the important and difficult work of the emergency services.

We organise specialised first aid and emergency management courses. We offer training for government institutions, the public, pupils, students, teachers and drivers.

We run first aid courses, retraining courses, recovery paramedic, first aid member, lifeguard/swimmer, master/master lifeguard, first aid courses in social services and water rescue or water supervision. First aid for businesses, moms with kids and educators, for schools, daycares, organizations.
