The club was founded in 1992, the aim of the club is to provide active and regular sporting activities for children and young people. The club is involved in the Kids on the Start project.

We offer parent-child exercise classes that promote healthy psychomotor development in children. We also provide training in first aid and nutrition for children. Our activities combine movement, play and education, which contributes to the joy and satisfaction of children and parents.

I offer dance classes for children and exercise and zumba classes for adults. I also organize residential tours with exercise.

We are a new, modern movement studio in the city centre. The newly renovated 1940's premises offers two spacious bright rooms where you can try classes of different types of exercise (yoga, pilates, power yoga, port de bras, circuit training, classes for children and seniors).

Modern children's gym with a focus on professional exercise classes for children from 6 months to 7 years. At three locations in Prague we give children the best start to their sporting life! Classes daily, easy excuses and refunds. The gym is glass-enclosed, you will also find a children's corner and a bar for parents.

We run exercise classes for adults and children, hold weekend workshops, theatre workshops and suburban camps in the summer.
