For parents with babies, there are courses throughout the year on exercising with babies from birth to kindergarten, as well as courses on Baby and Infant Massage.

I offer training for children from babies to schoolchildren. We can start exercising with children from a very young age. From gentle touches in the form of massages, which children love so much, to different routines in a playful way. Children are more aware of their bodies. They gain better dexterity, flexibility and mobility.
