I offer both group and individual classes—yoga, Pilates, meditation, breathing exercises, yoga for pregnant women and seniors, and exercises with a foam roller. I also focus on personal development and promoting inner balance through EFT, regression techniques, and work with touch and tuning forks.

We offer expert Pilates Clinic Method and Yoga classes that focus on proper technique and prevention of health problems. We are continually educating ourselves to help our clients achieve healthy movement. We conduct classes with an emphasis on precision and anatomical knowledge.
