We offer training for adults and preparation of youth for competitive aerobics in all categories. We focus on group choreography and sports aerobics. We provide weekend camps and hold sports weekly camps during the holidays.

The H.E.A.T. program is based on the basic human movement of walking, which is the most natural and healthy movement. It does not strain the joints and musculoskeletal system, it positively affects the heart and cardiovascular system. It effectively burns fat, increases physical fitness and strengthens the whole body.
