We offer trampoline lessons. Each lesson consists of small dynamic jumps, fast sprints and balancing on a flexible trampoline.

FitBell is a kettlebell conditioning workout that develops endurance, mobility and strength through functional movement patterns. Combining ballistic exercises with a musical backdrop creates a dynamic workout that leads not only to improved fitness, but also to a flow state with a deeper mind-body connection.

I offer bodystyling, pilates and ballet classes for women. I also do street dance classes for girls. I provide private pilates and health exercise classes.

I offer personal fitness trainer services. I lead TRX, Pilates and Be Fit Cross classes. Pilates exercises are aimed at strengthening the muscles of the whole body, especially the deep abdominal, back and pelvic floor muscles. I also offer circuit training sessions aimed at burning fat and increasing overall fitness.
