We offer exercise for mothers with children from 3 months to 3 years, yoga and power yoga, pilates, restorative exercises for a healthy back, yoga for children and pregnant people. We provide weight loss classes and individual lessons.

We provide operation of a modern 1000 m2 fitness facility equipped with machines from USA mainly from Cybex, Tuff Stuff, Hoist®, Nautilus and Ivanko Barbell dumbbells. Our services include, fitness trainer, shock wave therapy, massage, instrumental lymphatic drainage. We offer a wide selection of sports nutrition and beverages.

We run a sports centre offering a gym, cardio zone, spinning, fitbox, pilates and flexibar. On selected days and times, an experienced instructor is available to advise you not only on how to use each machine, but also to suggest the optimal workout for your specific goals.
