We are an officially licensed CrossFit Gym where a qualified team of coaches (CrossFit L2, Mobility, Gymnastic etc. license holders) are available to help you. CrossFit is a functional workout suitable for everyone regardless of age, gender or fitness level. LesMIlls classes on offer in a separate room from September 2021.

We operate a fitness centre. We offer balloon exercises, pregnancy exercises, spinning, salsa or zumba classes. We provide rehabilitation services and Thai or restorative massages. We offer power yoga, aerobics, bosu and cardio zone, pilates and fitbox. We provide personal trainer services.

I am a functional trainer with a health focus.

I organize Pilates exercises and classes for individuals and groups. Pilates exercise not only helps to shape the body but also serves as a prevention against back pain, to strengthen the abdominal muscles, back muscles and the whole body.

We offer jumping lessons. Jumping shapes the body, improves fitness and coordination of movement. We perform simple steps, dynamic jumps, fast sprints, full body stretches and balance strengthening. We provide relaxation, reconditioning and time to unwind from work and stress.

We offer training in small groups with emphasis on the quality of the exercises performed. We practice TRX, circuit training, pilates, yoga and qigong. We also provide self-defense fitness classes - the basics of martial arts.

We offer exercises on SLENDER rehabilitation tables, the exercises are suitable for all ages. Also Vacu - Shape, it is walking in a vacuum cabin. Vacu - Bike - vacuum, overpressure and infrared. Lymfoven, helps to restore and increase lymph circulation.

In the studio, you can choose from almost twenty types of exercises, the form and difficulty of the exercise that suits you, under the expert guidance of our instructors. We have two halls for various types of exercises. The studio includes a pleasant seating area with refreshments in the reception area.
