Offering traditional Chinese exercises and instruction in martial arts such as TAI-Chi. Beginners in the first year learn the basic principles of the exercises and are dedicated to studying the 9-form yang style routines and simple qigong.

Offering traditional Chinese exercises such as TAI-JI (TAI-CHI) and QIGONG (CHIKUNG ). All for harmony of body and spirit, based on the principles of Taoism and Traditional Chinese Medicine.

The association brings together students of the Y.C. Wong sifu. We organize training for beginners and advanced, children and adults.
