Operation of a martial arts academy. Our classes teach karate, kickboxing, self-defense SDS (StretDefenceSystem), Jiu-Jitsu, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, weight training and conditioning. Private training is possible. We have been here since 1985.

We focus on karate and freestyle karate classes that combine elements of traditional martial arts with acrobatics accompanied by music. Traditional sport and competitive shotokan karate is an ideal sport for everyone regardless of age or gender.

We offer kickboxing and self-defense training for children and adults.

We offer grappling (no-gi BJJ) training - starting in 2024. Fighting on the ground is not ground-level fun. No punches, no kimono, safe.

We are a club dedicated to MMA and Combat SAMBO, a Russian style of fighting and self-defense. We conduct classes for children, youth and adults, men and women, as well as a preparatory class for children from 4 years old. Our students successfully participate in international tournaments as well as European and World Championships.

We run a club with Shotokan karate lessons.

Year-round classes in Taekwondo WTF, a Korean martial sport for children and adults. Ongoing recruitment, training camps, possibility of competitions. Classes are taught by black belt holders. We train at 18 branches throughout Prague.
