We provide year-round instruction and courses in karate and self-defense. Our coaches are dedicated to children and young people, as young as 4 years old. We hold recruitments all year round: you will learn about the philosophy of karate, increase your physical fitness, mobility and self-control.

I run a sports centre dedicated to teaching martial arts and sports. We will teach self-defense in situations that may arise in everyday life, strengthen your physique, increase your mental and physical resilience, all in a friendly team.

We run a sports club for children and young people focusing on judo lessons. We run teams of younger and older pupils and students, junior and senior boys and girls, junior girls and women. We strive to develop all-round mobility in the trainees, increase physical and mental strength and stamina.

We teach self-defense system Krav Maga, BJJ, MMA, exercises with own weight. Training is for all ages and performance categories. Children, women, men, seniors, as well as professionals from the armed forces will come to us.

We operate a sports club with martial arts instruction. We teach martial arts Siu Lum Pai Kung-fu, Hung Kuen Kung-fu, Choi Li Fut Kung-fu, Wu Shu - Taolu, Sanshou and Tai Chi Chuan. We also teach the martial arts of Kickboxing - Semicontact, Lightcontact, Fullcontact, Boxing and Diving.

We teach MMA, Boxing, Kickboxing, K1 and Krav Maga. We cater not only to complete beginners, but also to advanced amateur and professional fighters.

The association brings together students of the Y.C. Wong sifu. We organize training for beginners and advanced, children and adults.

A society engaged in a range of activities from self-defence seminars and courses, preparation for obtaining a firearms licence, shooting seminars, crime prevention lectures and is the organiser of a number of charity events such as the run in support of the Military Solidarity Fund and the Police and Firefighters Foundation.

We offer comprehensive programs focused on urban safety, including regular e-courses and training. Our focus also includes modern martial arts such as AllkampfJitsu and MMA, which we teach through various events and competitions for all age groups.
