We organise a sports club for children and young people focusing on judo. We participate in competitions and tournaments in judo. We try to develop in the practitioners their all-round mobility, increase physical and mental strength and endurance. Children learn the basics of gymnastics, acrobatics and falling technique.

We provide Korean Taekwon-do martial arts and fitness training. We organize classes, exercises and camps.

The sports club is mainly focused on teaching shotokan style karate, from the youngest children to adults, and on preparing karate competitors for all important and prestigious competitions held in the Czech Republic and abroad.

We offer karate classes for children and youth from 6 to 14 years old.

We offer Qigong classes, which are based on traditional Chinese medicine and are used to regenerate the body.

Krav Maga for children and adults, self-defense for women, boxing, MMA, Muay Thai, fitness training, preparation for a firearms license, shooting courses, first aid, armed forces training.

The Chinese martial art of Wing Chun offers not only an effective system for self-defense, but also has benefits in many other areas, such as increasing self-confidence, improving physical fitness, deepening relaxation, concentration and coordination, for anyone regardless of age, gender and constitution.

Japanese Kendo and Iaido Martial Arts Club. In addition to regular training, club members have the opportunity to participate in national and international tournaments, seminars and other events related to the presentation of martial arts as an educational and training system.

Exercising and teaching martial arts - MUAY THAI, K1-KICK BOX, FITNESS TRAININGS. We offer public and private training.

We offer karate courses. Possibility to practice also to improve physical and mental condition.
