We offer health exercises aimed at strengthening muscles, improving flexibility and preventing injuries. Our classes include breathing exercises, relaxation techniques and aromatherapy. Exercise is suitable for all ages and takes place in small groups, ensuring a personalised approach.

I work as a personal development trainer, mentor and mental coach. Also a yoga teacher organizing courses. I focus on individual work with clients, organize workshops, seminars and courses.

We offer modern dynamic exercises in a heated room - hot yoga, 90 minute program - 26 Hatha Yoga positions and two breathing exercises. Each pose systematically prepares the body for the next pose and the order never changes. This method stimulates all systems of the human body.
