We run a year-round eco-centre, suitable for meditation and relaxation, dance and craft classes, seminars, workshops, exercise, yoga and music therapy. Accommodation is available in shared rooms or suites. We provide very tasty vegetarian meals made from organic food.

I offer group and individual exercises - pilates, yoga, meditation, breathing exercises, yoga for pregnant women, yoga for seniors, exercises with a roller, exercises with a flexi bar, SM-system and thera bands. I also help with energy psychology EFT and candling.
