I offer yoga courses, regular classes of Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga and Pranayama in Brno and Boskovice. I organize yoga stays. I have been practicing yoga for more than 20 years and teaching yoga for 14 years.

I offer group and individual exercises - pilates, yoga, meditation, breathing exercises, yoga for pregnant women, yoga for seniors, exercises with a roller, exercises with a flexi bar, SM-system and thera bands. I also help with energy psychology EFT and candling.

One hour open class of dynamic yoga, which aims to warm us up and strengthen the body. The class is designed for women and men. Booking required on the website. Please make your reservation at least three hours before the start time.

Group and individual yoga and face yoga lessons, relaxing two-hour massages. Come and stretch and firm your body in conjunction with calming your mind. I have been teaching yoga since 2015.

We run a year-round eco-centre, suitable for meditation and relaxation, dance and craft classes, seminars, workshops, exercise, yoga and music therapy. Accommodation is available in shared rooms or suites. We provide very tasty vegetarian meals made from organic food.

We are a studio focused on healthy movement and yoga. We offer a variety of classes in power yoga, pilates, exercise with a physiotherapist and special classes for seniors and moms.
