I practice health exercise classes, pilates and yoga. Classes are professionally led, designed for a limited number of practitioners and are for women and men regardless of age or fitness level. You can join at any time even as a complete beginner, the workload can be very well adapted to your fitness and current state of health.

We offer dynamic yoga classes focused on breath and mindfulness. We practice ashtanga vinyasa yoga, which teaches us to deepen our connection with ourselves. Each class includes a series of asanas, breathing techniques and relaxation.
