I deal with issues of impaired communication skills through speech therapy and restoring the connection of the individual self with the universal Being-Yoga. In yoga classes you will encounter the Hatha Yoga system of asanas, kriyas, mudras and more mostly from Swami Geethananda. Classes are designed for beginners and intermediate students.
We run an intimate yoga studio. A place where the breath slows down, the mind calms down and the body finds balance. Classes are held in a small circle of up to 6 people to maintain calm and a personal touch. For meditation sessions, the studio is open for up to 8 people.
