I am engaged in the manufacture of shafts and wheel clamping parts for wheelchairs. I offer work on automatic lathe machines. I also specialize in the production of metal parts on milling machines and other metal working machines. I have a hydropneumatic automatic lathe or Schaublin 122.

We deal with metal fabrication and metal machining. We offer CNC milling, turning or milling and drilling on conventional machines. We also perform cutting of material on CNC automatic saw. We manufacture deburring and edge shrinking equipment.

We offer complete machining of medium-sized engineering parts on CNC machines. We provide turning up to 150 mm diameter and 450 mm length, according to drawing documentation. Milling is performed on vertical machining centres MORI SEIKI NV 4000 DCG, MORI SEIKI Dura Vertical 5080 and Mazac Impuls 30H.

We manufacture Merkur kits, trains, steam engines, scooters and tricycles. We do CNC machining, laser and plasma cutting and punching.

We offer processing of sheet metal, profiles and non-ferrous metals. We provide welding of structural steels. We focus on cutting material with TruLaser 3530 laser cutting machine, Trumatic TC 500 CNC punching machine, NC hydraulic shears or Pilous band saw. We also have a hydraulic press.

We specialize in chip machining of steel, non-ferrous metal or plastic parts on CNC machines. We have CNC lathes, vertical machining center, vertical bearing machining center with tilting head or measuring instruments for precise tool alignment.

We produce cut-outs from various materials, we perform cutting and cutting of metal sheets by plasma, flame, water jet up to 240mm thickness. Other activities are machining and welding of stainless steel, tank fabrication, flange fabrication, cutting of non-ferrous metals. We sell metallurgical material.
