Sheet metal form cutting with oxygen and plasma, cutting of sheet metal by burning, CNC cutting and burning. We produce shape cut-outs. Plasma up to 12mm and oxygen up to 300mm. Fired pieces are descaled after firing.

We offer sheet metal shape burning - provided by a modern CNC Pierce RUR 2500 burning machine, equipped with autogenous and plasma technology. Furthermore, our services include painting and blasting.

We offer machining and heat treatment of metals including cutting of material. We produce NDs as required,shafts, flanges, pins, plates, fasteners, gears and sprockets including heat treatment. We perform small locksmith works, manufacture and repair of crane wheels.

Engaged in material cutting, forming, machining and surface finishing. We produce precision shaped pieces with a quality cut surface. We operate a CNC center with Heidenhin iTNC530 control system for 3D operations. We perform part rolling and forming using a CNC press with laser homing.

We offer sheet metal fabrication on TruPunch and TruBend machines.
